The latest #4YORKS Battalion patrols weekend took place 01-03 July 2022.  The Alma Company-led training tested competence against individual training requirements, building towards the Champion Company competition that will take place in December.

The weekend comprised a patrol route through 6 stands at the Feldom training area, Catterick. The 15 km patrol route tested skills in patrolling, CBRN, CPERS, Section Attack, CIS, BCD and Arty Tgt.  The competition was rounded off on Sunday with a 2-mile loaded march followed by a section in defence shoot. Throughout the competition, Alma and Corunna battled for the top two places eventually, sharing the spoils with an inseparable 31 points each.
